Swift and Coordinated Implementation of Title VII of PL 110-229

A Congressional letter has been sent to Department of Interior Secretary Ken Salazar and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano asking for the swift and coordinated implementation of Title VII of PL 110-229. The letter states that they are opposed to any further delay to start the transition period and to the submission of the Interior Department's report on aliens residing in the CNMI.
